In the Prime GetAway back-office, members can find
both the Platinum List and Hot List. These lists are
full of thousands of discounted luxury properties.
Properties that our membership look at everyday. Properties
that will be booked whenever these members go on vacation.
Also, every month, Prime GetAway members receive the
"Hot List" via email. This email, along access to
member back-office that is continually updating the
database, help market these vacant properties to the
world.

How do I book a Platinum List or a Hot List property?
Answer:
The Prime GetAway backroom has a state-of-the-art
database engine that makes booking a discounted, luxury
property easy.
Simply choose your property and book it. You
will receive a comfirmation within minutes. This online
process is fast and easy...all done in the privacy of
your own home!
Question:
What is the difference between the Platinum
List and the Hot list?
Answer:
The "Hot List" is the last minute list. These
are properties weeks that are coming due soon and are
still vacant. Because of the urgency, the Hot List
properties are heavily discounted. Prime GetAway will
email this list out on a monthly basis or our members
can go online anytime to see them.
The Platinum List is our main database of over 4,000
wholsesale priced properties. Platinum properties can
be booked up to a year in advance.
Question:
What is the Refund Policy of Prime GetAway?
Answer:
Your membership fee you paid is a setup fee in our our database.
All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. Every effort is
made to provide you with the information needed to make an
informed purchase decision. Because the nature of the information
in the products you have purchased is proprietary and copyrighted,
there will be a 15% restocking fee in the event of a return. There
No monthly fees. At the end of one year, you will be contacted to see
if you would like to renew for another year. If
